A Fragrance of Lilacs - L'Air du Temps de Lilas

Original White-Double Lilac Michael Buchner at Lilacia Park
In the year 2013, for the 21st century, XXI Anno Domini, people celebrate the aromatic perfume of lilacs, in the Village of Lombard, thanks to Colonel William Rattle Plum and his wife, Helen Maria Plum’s foresight to purchase two (2) lilac specimen plants at the Lemoine Lilac Gardens and Nurseries, in Nancy, France–one hundred and three years ago, since 1910. The Plums visited Victor Lemoine’s French Lilac Gardens and Nurseries in Nancy, France, and fell in love with the lilac plant species, “syringa vulgaris”, when Helen Plum selected to buy a double-white and a double-purple lilacs which William Plum christened Mme. Casimir-Perier and Michael Buchner.

The French horticulturist Victor Lemoine began cross-fertilizing lilacs of different species to develop the “French hybrid lilac“. Helen Plum was fascinated by the fragrance of lilac blossoms and dazzled by the spectrum of purple, mauve, and lilac hues captured by impressionist painters like Claude Monet, Matisse, and other modern artists who portrayed the French landscape and surroundings at Lilac Time.

Impressed by the Lemoine Lilac Gardens and Nurseries in 1910, the Plums began an extensive collection of lilacs after their 14-month Grand Tour of Europe and Russia. Thus, William and Helen Plum brought to the Village of Lombard a fragrance of Lilac Time.

Upon the Plums return to Lombard, William and Helen began to cultivate their Lombard estate garden described by Edna Thompson as “a thing of beauty extending into a 7.5 acre park along historic Maple Street and Park Avenue which displayed 275 varieties of lilac bushes with single, double, and semi-double blossoms, in a kaleidescope of colors from the purest white to azure blue, pinks, delicate lavenders, mauve, and deep vibrant purples. At that time, there were 1,500 lilac bushes, highlighting the colors of 45,000 tulips boasting 160 varieties blooming in unison at Lilac Time, from late April through May, annually. Colonel Plum named his estate “Lilacia”, creating his own Latin word for lilac to refer to his fragrant gardens.

According to the Lombard Historical Society, William Plum received a complimentary letter dated December 25, 1925, from Lemoine, France, stating that “Colonel Plum had the largest collection of lilacs in the world”, following the death of Victor Lemoine in 1911.

Lilac enthusiasts and visitors alike compared Lilacia to the Famous Botanical Gardens of Highland Park, New York, and the Arnold Arboreteum in Boston, Massachusetts.

William and Helen Plum acquired Lombard real estate property at the corner of Park Avenue and Maple Street early spring of 1868. The Plums’ acquisition was appraised at a value of $375 U.S. dollars with property taxes of $11.05 in DuPage County, Illinois during XIX.

In the 21st century, XXI, the Lombard Park District describes Lilacia Park as renowned historical landmark extending into an 8.5 acre botanical garden and treasure-trove, featuring over 700 varieties of lilacs and 25,000 varieties of tulips during Lombard’s 140th anniversary and Lilac Time’s 80th anniversary in the year 2010.

If Colonel Plum and Helen Plum were alive today, the Plums would be very disappointed that the Village of Lombard Park District does not maintain the legacy of the original Lilacia Park bequeathed by Colonel Plum upon his death during April 1927, as it was envisioned, appraised, and donated to the Village of Lombard.

Nowadays, Lemoine’s complimentary letter boasting the largest lilac collection in the world, would fall on deaf ears at the Lombard Park District, for Lilacia Park in 2013 does not have the same extensive lilac collection that Colonel Plum and Helen Plum had acquired after 1910, one hundred and three years ago, after his worldwide horticultural travels and lilac plants acquisitions in the 20th century, XX, abroad.

In 2013, the lilacs at Lilacia Park are begging for attention to cover bare areas and empty plant borders neglected by the Lombard Park District. One hundred years later, Lilacia Park is in dire need of centennial attention. Where is the original lilac bush for the double-purple blossom lilac which in 1910, Colonel Plum and Helen Plum named Mme. Casimir-Perier, anywhere at the Lilac Park?

A Consumer Service Fraud Practice for Billing in Lombard, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois USA

The Village of Lombard Water Service Department managed by Sharon Meyers has a water bill for $118.00US which was being used by Keith Steiskal at the Building Permits Departments to deny a building permit purchase requested by the Zees Group Disaster Restoration Services, in care of Mr. Zee Kawa, contractor, www.zeesgroup.com .  Even when there was No Water, No Sewage, and No Water Service since 2004, 2005, when the Lombard plumbing pipes burst under ungauged and excessive water pressure released by the Village of Lombard Public Works, there was No Water or Sewage Service at 502 S. Westmore Avenue —the Village of Lombard had already installed new PSI valves to monitor water pressure for Lombard water mains which overflow to cause plumbing failure, water flooding and damages, www.villageoflombard.org.
The Village of Lombard adds surcharges, overcharges, and triple the water service charges and sewage utilities billing for resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois, USA.  Lombard even overbills resident homeowners for water utility services as part of the consumer service fraud practice at the Village of Lombard Town Hall in DuPage County, Illinois USA.  Waterbill padding for surcharges, overbilling, and surplus service charges are a common business deceptive practice used by the Village of Lombard to collect additional funding from resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois USA.  A Lombard water bill can duplicate or triplicate consumer usage per household based on surcharges and overbilling service charges attached for deceptive business practices in the Town Hall, subject to consumer service fraud, www.ftc.gov, in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

A Near-Death Lombard Resident Homeowner In District 5, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois USA

Since I moved to the Village of Lombard, I had several near-death experiences and motor vehicles with mechanical failures leading to accidents on the Illinois roads and highways.  There was a bullet hole on the middle window of the Lombard Brick Bungalow facing Washington Boulevard at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road in the Village of Lombard, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, United States of America.   My Lombard neighbors residing directly across Washington Boulevard reported criminal access to the Hung-Wittler Family garage after Midnight.  Lombard Police Reports support criminal access to the Motor Vehicles owned by the Hung-Wittler Family during their Lombard residency as homeowners and taxpayers at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road.
When I was working as a Federal Employee Claims Examiner Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Worman’s Compensation, Employment Standards Administration, General Services Administration at 230 South Dearborn Street, Klucynski Building on the 8th Floor, I had a motor vehicle accident while driving the Nissan 200SX near Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, Illinois during October 1991.
As a Lombard Victim of High Crimes at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road, all my Illinois Motor Vehicles suffered from human sabotage and conspiracy malfunction leading to mechanical failures, damages, and losses which caused accidents on the highway during the course of employment as a Certified Court Interpreter, Translator at the Illinois County Courts, City Courts, and Traffic Courts in Aurora, Addison, Elgin, Joliet, St. Charles, Waukegan, Highland Park, Wheaton, DeKalb, LaSalle, Grundy, Geneva, Chicago, Skokie, and during employment as a Communications Consultant for Arroyave Language Academy in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Berlitz Schools of Languages, Inlingua School of Languages, as an Adjunct Faculty for the College of DuPage, Business Professional Institute, Center for Independent Learning.  The AAA Motor Club and Shell Motor Club provided emergency towing service and assistance on the Illinois highways during Motor Vehicle Failures and Accident.  The Illinois State Police have assisted and witnessed the Geo Tracker Rollover Accident I had off the ramp from Route 83, Kingery Hwy, leading to I-90 one evening, on my way to Highland Park for the Arroyave Academy evening class I was teaching, when I returned from Berlin, Germany and London, United Kingdom in Europe.  During the rainy drive, the Geo Tracker Brakes failed to stop the motor vehicle driving up the ramp, and steered away from the road, off the highway onto to a water ditch.  I could not stop the Geo Tracker from rolling off and driving into the water ditch off the ramp on I-90 and Route 83, Kingery Highway.  The Geo Tracker was also stolen from the College of  DuPage West Parking Lot by the Police Academy, while I was teaching Spanish for Health Care Professionals at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, as reported by the Glen Ellyn Police Department.  I have had Flat Tires before going to work at the College of DuPage.  Also, the Geo Tracker had Electrical Failures when the Fuses Blew Out.
Then, when I used the Nissan 200SX, the Front Axle Broke Off and Right Front Tire Drove Off the highway on I-90 off Route 83, Kingery Highway, when I was on my way to the Arroyave Academy evening class I was teaching in Highland Park, Illinois.  I had to call for Emergency Towing Service and cancel the last class I was teaching for Guillermo Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park.
I tried to order a Brand New Mercedes SUV from Loeber Motors in Westmont, but the Motor Vehicle Has a Damaged Tire and Axle as an Imported Car from Germany—reported to the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, Illinois.
Afterwards, I used my Father’s White Mitsubishi Galant which was Damaged and Sabotaged when After Midnight Intruders into the Garage Used Glue Poured on the Engine, which Caused Smoke Leading to a Hole in the Engine Block—I have a Picture of the Hole in the Engine Block after the Mechanic Replaced the Entire Engine Block. The Mitsubishi Galant was permanently damages and given to Bongo’s Towing Service in Villa Park, Illinois.
Later, on May 29 and subsequently during June 2003, I purchased two (2) motorcycles, a Yamaha Zuma and a Derbi Boulevard 150 CC from Julio Aquino and Larry Wolfe at Champion Cycle Center, Inc. paying cash for both purchases.   Both, the Yamaha Zuma and the Derbi Boulevard 150 CC suffered from Motorcycle Mechanical Failures at Champion Cycle Center, Inc.
A.    MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION. THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC, WITHOUT A FOOT BRAKE, REQUIRES THE MOTORCYCLE DRIVER TO STOP THIS MOTOR VEHICLE WITH BOTH FEET. THE HANDLE BAR BRAKES CONTROL THE CYLINDER DISC BRAKE DRUM WHICH HAS BEEN SCRATCHED, WHILE THE (2) BRAKE PADS HAVE SLIPPED OFF, SLID OFF, CAUSING NOISY SQUEAKING, SHIRRING, AND SCRATCHING ON THE ROAD. IN ADDITION, THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC EMISSION EXHAUST SYSTEM IS STILL UNDER THE DERBI MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC HAS BEEN DAMAGED during the course of service by José Rivera, Service Manager, and the assigned mechanic, Jon Jon, due to carelessness, negligence per se, and failure to provide mechanical service for THE emission exhaust SYSTEM and THE welding of (2) two bolts securing the motor, as guaranteed by the DERBI MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY CONTRACT AND COVERAGE for Emission Exhaust Service (page 18, Derbi Red Power, Boulevard 150 cc., owners’ manual) which “covers class i motorcycle or motorscooter (50-169 cc): for a period of use of five (5) five years or 12,000 kilometers (7,456 miles), whichever first occurs. if an emission-related part on your motorscooter is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by derbi. this is your emission control system defects warranty”; as well as in the Sales Purchase Agreement provided to the customer, gardenia c. hung, in this legal SETTLEMENT action. THE DERBI WARRANTY SERVICE CONTRACT APPROVED THE EMISSION EXHAUST SERVICE AND WELDING REPAIR ACCORDING JOSE RIVERA, SERVICE MANAGER AT THE CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO. THIS EMISSION EXHAUST SERVICE AND WELDING REPAIR REQUIRED A DETAILED DISASSEMBLY, TO TAKE APART THE ENTIRE DERBI EMISSION EXHAUST AND MOTOR SYSTEM FOR WELDING AND CLEAN UP MAINTENANCE, VERY CAREFULLY DONE BY A CERTIFIED WELDER MECHANIC, OFF-SITE, NOT AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO—SINCE DUST, DEBRIS, AND DIRT HAD PENETRATED THE DERBI EXHAUST EMISSION AND MOTOR SYSTEM WHEN JON JON, THE MECHANIC, HAD OVERDRILLED the HOLE FOR THE SECURING BOLTS WHICH HAD BROKEN OFF THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC ON THE ROAD. FOR THE RECORD, DEFERNDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO, FAILED TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DERBI EMISSION EXHAUST SERVICE AND WELDING OF THE (2) TWO BOLTS SECURING THE MOTOR AS PROMISED TO THE CONSUMER, PLAINTIFF PRO SE, GARDENIA C. HUNG, IN THIS LEGAL SETTLEMENT ACTION.
b. ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION. 0N NOVEMBER 11, 2004, THE ELECTRICAL BATTERY IN THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC STOPPED WORKING, DUE TO FRAYED ELECTRICAL WIRES, AND A POWER LEAK DUE TO A CRACKED HOLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BATTERY PLATE AND COMPARTMENT UNDER THE SEAT. FURTHERMORE, THE ELECTRICAL FUSES WERE CHANGED AND REPLACED BY THE DEFENDANTS, THAT IS TO SAY JON JON, MECHANIC. AS PROOF, THERE ARE STRIPPED NUT BOLTS SECURING THE BATTERY, DUE TO OVERDRILLING WITH A POWER DRILL USED BY JON JON, DEFENDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER INC. IN CHICAGO. IN ADDITION, THERE IS THE OMISSION OF THE BATTERY PLATE WITH A CRACKED HOLE, WHICH HAS BEEN REMOVED BY THE DEFENDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO DURING 2004, 2005, AND 2006. THE REMOVAL OF THE 2003 DERBI BATTERY PLATE HAS CAUSED WEATHER EXPOSURE AND ENERGY LEAKAGE TO RUST AND PERMANENTLY RUIN THE ELECTRICAL WIRING, BATTERY POSTS, AND 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC OPERATING SYSTEM.
C. FUNCTIONAL DISREPAIR OF THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC CAUSED BY THE DEFENDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO HAS RENDERED THIS MOTORCYCLE INOPERABLE UNDER THE 625 ILCS 5/1-100 ET SEQ. ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE. ESSENTIAL PARTS. TO DATE, THIS MOTORCYCLE DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED LEGAL FOOT BRAKE. IT IS STILL MISSING (2) BRAKE PADS WHICH HAVE SLID AND SHIRRED OFF THE DISC DRUM BRAKES. In the Village of Lombard, I had to engage the local mechanics for service repair and maintenance at Firestone Cassidy  Tire and Auto Service at 444 West Roosevelt Road, Lombard Auto Shop on Main Street and Madison Street, Westmore Towing Services, Nuts and Bolts Auto Repair at 333 South Main Street, Midas Muffler Auto Service at 832 East Roosevelt Road, and other Illinois Body & Fender Auto Repair Shops.

When I moved to the Village of Lombard during September 1993, the Hung-Wittler Family had four (4) Motor Vehicles which have been damaged, deliberately sabotaged by humans, and disabled after midnight at the garage for 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard.  Although I still drive, I no longer have any Motor Vehicles in the Village of Lombard due to Conspiracy, Sabotage, Mechanical Failure, Damages and Losses at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road.  The Village of Lombard owes Compensation for Motor Vehicles Damages and Losses to the Surviving Family of Mr. Roberto Hung, daughter, and son-in-law Nathan S. Wittler as Illinois Victims of High Crimes in York Township, County of DuPage,  Illinois, U.S.A.

A Homeless Story in the Village of Lombard, District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA

On Wednesday, November 5, 2008, www.villageoflombard.org, the Village of Lombard Police under Ray Byrne and Dane Cuny, including the former chief of the Fire Department headed by George Seagraves and Keith Steiskal, Lombard Department of Buildings caused criminal disaster demolition following roofing destruction and water damages and losses to the Hung Family’s Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow, www.preservehistoricestate.zoomshare.com, at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois 60148-3028, in the , www.2008damagesandlossescausedbylombard.blogspot.com, United States of America.   As a result of the Village of Lombard’s wrongful actions and criminal activities in Du Page County, Illinois, I, Gardenia Hung Wittler have become homeless and destitute.  I am a Lombard victim of abuse and heinous hate crimes in Du Page County, Illinois USA.  The Village of Lombard is denying me human rights in housing under the law by refusing to provide lawful lodging and compensation as a victim of heinous hate crimes and abuse to include the criminal disaster demolition of the Hung Family home in Du Page County, Illinois USA.
On November 14, 2008, after meeting at the Grace Lutheran Community Church, at the corner of Princeton Street and St. Charles Road in Villa Park, Henry William Hochstatter former resident in Addison, offered to provide transportation in his TOYOTA SUV SR5 in exchange for Shell Oil gasoline in the amount of $25.00US and to cover car gasoline expenses thereafter to and from homeless shelters at local churches sponsored under PADS Action in Housing based in Wheaton, Illinois.  After November 5, 2008, I had to stay at the Motel 66 on Roosevelt Road, in Villa Park, Illinois, for one night only, since the Lombard Fire Department would not pay for my lodging after the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard home at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in Du Page County, Illinois.

The Village of Lombard made me homeless by their criminal activities and wrongful actions around the Hung Family real estate property.  So I was advised by the Illinois Department of Human Services in Villa Park to go to Wheaton and register for Du Page PADS, Inc. located at 705  West Liberty, Wheaton, Illinois  60187, Telephone: (630) 682-3846 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (630) 682-3846 FREE  end_of_the_skype_highlighting, www.dupagepads.org , Shelter for the Homeless with local churches such as Peace Lutheran Church in Lombard, Grace Lutheran Church of Villa Park, Community Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Naperville, Carol Stream, Itasca, and other locations in Du Page County, Illinois--Photo of a Church Homeless Shelter in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

The Village of Lombard and David Hulseberg, Village Manager, have been refusing to provide lawful lodging and housing under the law following the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard historic home owned by Mr. Roberto Hung and family in Du Page County, Illinois, in the United States of America.          On November 14, 2009, Henry William Hochstatter decided to rent an apartment owned by Alex King Construction, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Apartment 4B, Villa Park, Illinois  60181, USA, by referral from his cousin Charles “Chuck” Pickerill and his wife Karen Pickerill who had lived at the same building complex while leasing from Alex King, a friend of his father, former Fire Chief Charles Pickerill from the Villa Park Fire Department, Station No. 3 on Ardmore Street, near Willowbrook High School and the Islamic Foundation Center on Highridge Road in Villa Park, Illinois USA.  For the last year, during December 2008 and the remainder of 2009, Henry W. Hochstatter had been sharing lodging with Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) at the InTown Residential Suites, at the corner of Roosevelt Road and Villa Avenue in Villa Park, Illinois USA, near the Community Christian Church of Villa Park.
During December 2008 and January 2009, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) first paid cash and credit with the VISA Chase card for the first floor lodging, Room 125, since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money to his name or in his pocket because his wife Joan Julia (Mueller) Hochstatter had demanded a divorce and cancelled the joint checking and savings account, while suspending his disability funds for lack of a residential address in Addison, Illinois; then, due to a traumatic brain injury disability, Henry W. Hochstatter was given Room 139 for disabled people at the InTown Residential Suites, where I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) paid and shared lodging expenses to be paid by the week in cash or credit.

Since Chuck Pickerill did not provide enough cash or credit for Henry William Hochstatter to rent the apartment leased by Alex King Construction Inc., the Church of Christ on Villa Avenue in Addison, provided the cash deposit by check for Henry W. Hochstatter to rent the apartment on November 14, 2009.  I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter complete the leasing form in writing in front of Alex King and Andy, his secretary at the office for Alex King Realty, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Villa Park, Illinois  60181, USA.  Also, I helped to pay for the AT&T Telephone deposit for installation at the apartment since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money at the time.  I have been helping Henry W. Hochstatter by paying expenses he had for cable installation, groceries, car gasoline, mobile telephone, VISA CHASE credit card charges, medications, personal toiletries, etc.
In addition, I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter move his personal and household belongings, hard metal tools, etc. from his Addison home at 437 Natalie Drive into two (2) units at the U-Store-It in Addison and from the InTown Residential Suites, Room 139, on the second floor to the second floor, up the stairs to Apartment 4B at 140 West St. Charles, Villa Park, Illinois  60181 USA.

UHAUL Addison Illinois USA

During the same time, I was helping and driving trucks, cars, SUVs, at the UHAUL in Villa Park and in Addison, while his Uncle “Charlie” Pickerill was working there transporting UHAUL Truck, Trailers, and Wagons from Chicago, Forest Park, Oak Park, Iowa City, Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, Bloomingdale, DeKalb, and other locations because Chuck Pickerill was missing  Andrew, Jacquie, and Casey Rae from his own family members, since neither Karen Pickerill, his wife, nor Kathy Nolet, were not driving any trucks anywhere—neither were Gary Nolet or Mike Nolet driving trucks for UHAUL.

Since UHAUL in Villa Park was short staffed, I had already driven an UHAUL Truck back from Arlington Heights along Palatine Road and Route 53, after 7:00 PM in the evening with Henry W. Hochstatter, who drove back another UHAUL truck himself.

Since November 2008, and while I have been homeless as a result of the Lombard demolition, the Lombard Fire Department Chief George Seagraves, Keith Steiskal, and others allowed intruders, strangers, and out-of-state junk collectors to steal private property, belongings, clothing, personal and business property from the Hung  Family garage at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard.
The Lombard Fire Department Chief George Seagraves and Keith Steiskal are responsible and liable for criminal activities surrounding abuse of private real estate, theft, burglaries, and other criminal acts committed in the garage property owned by Mr. Roberto Hung and family, especially all the personal, business, and family belongings.

A Never Ever Tell Her Story...

“He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” Ever since the Hung-Wittler Family moved to the Village of Lombard as resident homeowners and taxpayers, where they lived at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard by St. Pius X Catholic Church and School community at the corner of Madison Street and Westmore-Meyers Road in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, in the State of Illinois, USA.  Other Lombard homeowners who never ever pay for Lilac Town real estate property and never complete payment on the real estate holding get large lump sums of cash money to leave the Village of Lombard.  While the Daughter of Roberto Hung never gets any cash lump sum for the Lombard Historic Bungalow he purchased on September 2nd, 1993.  Others come and go with Lombard real estate cash from Roberto Hung’s Lombard real estate investment at 502 S. Westmore Avenue, but the Daughter who worked for her Father and helped to purchase the real estate property “Never Gets Any Money From The Real Estate Transactions nor the Court Settlements in Roberto Hung’s Name Post-Humously”.  For the last twenty-one (21) years, cash has been flowing in and out from the Village of Lombard on behalf of Roberto Hung and Family after they purchased two (2) Lombard homes in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA.  However, Roberto Hung Never Ever received any lump sum real estate payment from Lombard upon his retirement because he was abused, beaten, tortured, and severely injured so that he become a Traumatic Brain Injury disabled homeowner after suffering a stroke from an aneurysm at home on December 22, 1996—following the full purchase of the Lombard Historic Bungalow.  The Daughter has also been kidnapped four (4) times, abused, tortured, and severely injured with hits to the head so that she become hospitalized, unconscious, and unable to stand in a court hearing as an Illinois Victim of Crimes, while she was a Lombard resident homeowner, working full-time, and returning home late from work in Illinois.  “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” because he deliberately withholds police reports, court records, and witnesses’ statements identifying the perpetrators and the criminals who persecute her and harass her subsconsciously.
The Psychiatrist who treated the Daughter of Roberto Hung as an unconscious and conscious Illinois Victim of Crimes paid large lump sums of money to the State of Illinois to withhold and remove his name and those of the staff from Northeastern Illinois University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, Madonna High School, and Avondale Elementary School from appearing on records, so that the Daughter Never Knows Who Harms Her, Harasses Her, and Persecutes as an Illinois Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes.  “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” Ever since Roberto Hung purchased Lombard real estate property.  The Mother knows why the homosexual gay and lesbian people she knows wanted her Daughter to live in Lilac Town, pretending that she has to be prostituting herself to live homeless on the streets of DuPage County, Illinois USA.  The Daughter was married by law on June 18, 1988 before a Justice of the Peace at City Hall in Chicago, Illinois  USA.  The Mother whose name is the same as the Daughter of Roberto Hung has friends who wanted them to leave in Lilac Town, so that they would have to purchase Lombard real estate property to DuPage Realtors and pay more money in Illinois.
“He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” Ever because the Mother abuses her Daughter’s Civil Rights and Civil Procedure pretending that she is the senior head of household in the family; when the Mother never ever contacts the Daughter nor does she communicate with the woman who is 54 years old and an Illinois Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes.  Court Settlements and Real Estate Transactions have been paid in cash on behalf of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family, but “He Never Ever Tells Why He Never Pays Her”, the Daughter who has been the representative of Roberto Hung’s household and kept the house for him during his lifetime at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA.  Because he keeps the money to pay for himself and other parasites around him and the Mother who never calls the Daughter or includes her in the social and business transactions surrounding the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family.  The Daughter Never Ever Gets Any Money from the problems caused by the Mother and her friends.  “He Never Tells Her Why He Never Pays Her” and the Mother “Never Ever Tells The Daughter What She Has Done To Mr. Roberto Hung and Family”, because he was murdered at Vencor Northlake Hospital on June 18, 1998 by Ben Aguilar, the Respiratory Therapist under the supervision of Dr. Raied Abdullah, M.D. and Dr. Paul Grodzin, M.D., and Janelle Nance R.N., Director of Nursing at Vencor Northlake Hospital in Cook County and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

A Lombard Nuisance For Roofing Water Damages & Losses For Homeowners In District 5, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois USA

Once upon a time, twenty years ago, a Chinese-Cuban family moved to Lilac Town at the corner of 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard to a historic Lombard Brick Bungalow built in 1927, which was surrounded by a wooden picket fence with only one entry gate on Washington Boulevard.
While the Chinese-Cuban family members were working very hard to pay their Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow during the day, afternoon, and night, Lombard wildlife, critters, animals, intruders, uninvited visitors, and trespassers would meander into the resident family’s fragrant Lilac garden, apples orchard, strawberry patch, and vegetable garden.
After several home invasions during the day, afternoon, and after midnight, the daughter called Ralph Schlemer the Handy Man from Elmhurst to install a gate lock to prevent trespassers and thieves from coming into the garden to cut off  fragrant lilac branches, kill the Perkins Peace Rose or access the Lombard home through the garden shed door.  The Elmhurst Handy Man also installed another electrical switch by the porch to turn on a large fluorescent light to illuminate the backyard and keep marauders off the premises, by adding changes to the Schlage door locks.
All the Lombard resident homeowners’ efforts did not deter nor discourage a nuisance for damaging roofing structure by Critter Detectives in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois USA.The Lombard home only had one young green Maple Tree in the middle of the backyard surrounded by a wooden picket fence and three Golden and Red Delicious Apple Trees in the backyard.
One day the daughter noticed that the wooden picket fence posts had been sewed off at the bottom to open up a hole for animals and wildlife to access entry by Chuck, Robyn and Jennifer’s adjoining driveway.  Can you imagine, “Who would use a carpenter’s saw to sew off a wooden picket post to let animals, wildlife and critters into my back yard?”…while the Chinese-Cuban family was working during the day, afternoon, and nights.
The wooden picket fence around the Lombard Historic Bungalow never disturbed anyone until John and Eva Carpenter drove the Station Wagon backwards into the wooden fence posts while they were moving into the Ahrens-Stebens home the Summer of 2001.
One afternoon, the daughter saw how Eva Carpenter backed into my Lombard wooden picket fence and  said, “You just broke the wooden posts when you backed without looking into the fence, Eva.”
John Carpenter and the two sons must remember how they use to play basketball in their backyard and the ball would end up over the adjoining picket fence and the young son running after it would climb over the wooden picket fence into the Chinese-Cuban family backyard.
“Why did the Carpenters’ young son jump into the Chinese-Cuban family’s backyard?” when the daughter saw him jump back home from the porch windows. That was not the only aggression against the Lombard wooden picket fence.
Another day, the daughter found the squirrels racing around the fence at a maddening speeding, while they chased each other out, all around the backyard, only to jump up to the green Maple Tree.
Blue birds and red cardinals also made their way into the Lombard garden and feasted on Golden and Red Delicious Apple Blossoms and budding apples.
There was even a loud Wood Pecker by the Apple Orchard burrowing a whole into the tree trunks to make a nest.
There had never been so many birds, wildlife, animals, and strange people into the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow garden, until the daughter saw a creepy, crawly Opossum or Possum which look like albino giant rats.
After coming home from work one afternoon, she noticed that the grass had signs of a large reptile, slithering over the green lawn grass while leaving imprints on the backyard.  That day, she found the whole sewed off at the bottom of the wooden picket fence posts by Chuck and Robyn’s driveway on Washington Boulevard.
Then, the daughter saw two masked bandits sneaking into the Lombard garden.  Raccoons behave like crooks and criminals causing damages in the Lombard garden and backyard near the Illinois Prairie Path, the Lombard Lagoons, and all over Du Page County, Illinois USA.
The critter marauders began to appropriate the backyard and climbed the rain gutter duct by the air conditioning unit to make a nest up on the roof.  Another raccoon climbed up the green Maple Tree to cross over and hide on the roof.
That is when the daughter called Critter Detectives in Lombard at 1294 South Lloyd Avenue, Telephone: 630-916-7678 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 630-916-7678 FREE  end_of_the_skype_highlighting .  According to Critter Detectives, “If You Have Critter Trouble, We’ll Be There on the Double for Nuisance Wildlife Relocation 1 (888) 271-8837 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1 (888) 271-8837 FREE  end_of_the_skype_highlighting .  Critter specialists in the Chicagoland area for 15 years since 1997.
The Chinese-Cuban family moved into Lilac Town on September 2, 1993.  Critter Detectives followed new Lombard homeowners four years after into Lilac Town upon demand of wildlife roaming red foxes, wild renegade coyotes, snakes, raccoons, squirrels, opossum, moles, groundhogs, skunks, beavers, birds, bats, dead animals, and geese hazing.
The brother referred me to Critter Detectives in Lombard to resolve home invasions by raccoons nesting on the roof after trespassing under and above the wooden picket fence posts surrounding the Lombard garden at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois USA.
When I would come out to the Lombard garden after work, I felt critter peering eyes gazing at me from the roofing above my head. One morning in May, a Hispanic Critter Detective drove up to the Lombard driveway and set up a Raccoon Trap on the roof of the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow during May before the Memorial Day weekend.
The Hispanic Critter Detective made a bigger hole to attach the Animal Trap to the Lombard roofing structure in order to catch the roving renegade raccoons who would come and go from this location.
Over the Memorial Day weekend, the Lombard resident homeowner went to observe the ceremony at the Daley Plaza Eternal Flame monument.
Upon return to the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow, she found one Raccoon caught inside the Animal Trap over the weekend.
Then Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty knocked on the porch door and talked to her by the doorway saying that the neighbor, Eva Carpenter was disturbed by the Raccoon being caught in the Animal Trap set up by the Hispanic Critter Detective.
The Lombard resident homeowner asked the Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty, “Why is Eva Carpenter complaining about the Raccoon caught in the Animal Trap?”
Mark Gouty said that Eva Carpenter wanted the Raccoon released from the Animal Trap and set free.  But, the Lombard resident homeowner said that she had called Critter Detectives in Lombard and “ did not want the Raccoon in the backyard anymore that is why Critter Detectives were called to catch the wildlife animal disturbing the Lombard home roofing and the backyard”.
So, on Memorial Day weekend, Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty got into the Lombard backyard and picked up the Animal Trap with the Rogue Raccoon inside, as if the Lombard Policeman was arresting the wildlife Raccoon for being in the Lombard backyard inside the Critter Detective Animal Trap.
The irony was that the Lombard resident homeowner had called Critter Detectives about a nuisance wildlife damaging roofing structure.“Why was Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty intruding upon the Critter Detectives’ Animal Trap with the Rascal Raccoon caught inside during Memorial Day weekend?”
Obviously, Eva Carpenter was meddling in the Critter Detectives’ Animal Trap with the Raccoon inside over the Memorial Day Weekend in the neighbor’s backyard, not the Carpenters’ driveway.
So, Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty said, “I am going to take the Animal Trap with the Raccoon inside and remove the wildlife”.
The Lombard resident homeowner told him that “Critter Detectives had set up the Animal Trap which belonged to them and they expected to find a Raccoon inside”.
Upon return from the Memorial Day Observance, the daughter who was also a Lombard resident homeowner was upset that Eva Carpenter was interfering with the Critter Detectives’ Animal Trap containing the crooked Raccoon caught inside for the holiday.
The Raccoon had already built a nest on the roof of the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow and the Hispanic Trapper caught the wildlife nuisance into the Animal Trap.
After the Lombard resident homeowner talked to Mark Gouty, he made the mistake of walking into the Lombard garden, picking up the Critter Detectives’ Animal Trap with a nuisance wildlife Raccoon, and setting the Animal Cage inside the Lombard Police squad car for District 5 in the Village of Lombard.  Mark Gouty said that he would bring back the Critter Detective’s Animal Cage to the Lombard home backyard.
Forty-five minutes later, Mark Gouty returned with an empty Animal Cage.
The Lombard resident homeowner asked him, “What did you do with the Raccoon?”  Mark Gouty answered that he drove to the Grace St. Lagoon by North Avenue and released the Raccoon there.
The Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty released free the criminal Raccoon which had set up a small nest on the Lombard roofing structure overlooking the backyard.
“What!” I said, “that Raccoon is going to find the way back to the Lombard nest on the roof…”  I am going to complain about the Lombard Police releasing rogue wildlife free at the Lombard Grace Street Lagoon by North Avenue, between the Village of Lombard and Addison in Du Page County, Illinois USA.
I did not know that Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty had to arrest a caged Raccoon on Memorial Day during May.  Eva Carpenter, the Lombard neighbor, and Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty were both accomplices and access to criminal roofing damages caused by the Raccoon when the Lombard Policeman released the wildlife Raccoon entrapped and caged by Critter Detectives at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, Lombard, IL 60148-3028 USA.
The next day, the Hispanic Critter Detective picked up the Animal Trap empty, without the Wildlife Raccoon which had been caught and released over the Memorial Day weekend by Lombard Policeman Mark Gouty who set the Raccoon free by the Grace Street Lagoon near North Avenue between Lombard and Addison in Du Page County.
Unfortunately, the Hispanic Critter Detective did not cover up nor repair the bigger hole he made while setting up the Animal Trap Cage to catch the nuisance wildlife Raccoon during the Memorial Day weekend at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, Village of Lombard, Illinois USA.
Afterwards, the wildlife Raccoon returned with another mate to set up the nest in the same location where the first Raccoon had started residence on the Lombard home roof.  The nuisance wildlife continued marauding and intruding upon the Lombard homeowners real estate property ever after that Memorial Day weekend in May.
